By signing in or calling the API you accept these terms. They are short on purpose: what you get, what you pay, what you must not do and what we do not promise.

The rules in brief
You sign in with a Google account and keep your keys private.
You pay for calls in prepaid credit; 1 credit is $0.0001.
You do not resell raw responses as a competing data feed.
You do not try to break, overload or bypass the service.
You accept that the data is an estimate refreshed roughly monthly.
Account and keys
Keys are yours to guard.
Calls made with your key are billed to your balance, whoever made them, so store it as a secret in your CI and rotate it if it leaks. We may suspend a key that shows abuse, and we will say why through the account page when we can.
What you may and may not do with results
Use them inside your business.
You may store responses, build reports for clients and show ratings in your own tools. You may not rebuild our index by crawling the API page by page, or publish the raw data as a competing service, and you should always say that the DR is ours when you show it next to figures from other vendors.
Credit and payment
There is no subscription. The following describes the prepaid model.
Use the service for lawful work, keep your request rate sensible because we publish no hard figure, and do not use link data to harass a site owner. The data is an estimate from our own crawler, not a statement about quality, safety or rankings, and we make no promise that any action will change a search position.
Metrics such as our DR belong to us and are not the same as figures from Ahrefs, Moz or Semrush.
Availability, liability and disputes
We aim for uptime but promise none.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the credit you bought in the preceding three months. Billing questions and disagreements start on your account page, where we answer in writing. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. See also the privacy practices.
Ending the relationship
You can leave at any time.
Stop using the keys, then ask on the account page to close the account. Unused credit is handled as agreed there, and we may close an account that breaks these rules or sits unused for a long time. Data limits and liability survive closure.
Read with the privacy page
Data handling is described in the privacy practices. If the two ever seem to disagree, ask on the account page and we will clarify in writing.
